Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After 1–2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please carefully review this email to ensure that all order details are accurate before shipment. Orders will only be dispatched once we have received your confirmation.
We kindly ask customers to cooperate with our team during this process. This helps ensure that all your order details are correct and that your package reaches you safely. B. Standard Shipping & Costs
Our default shipping method is ocean freight with free shipping included in the order price. Standard shipping typically takes 18–28 business days to reach the destination.
C. Expedited / Air Freight Shipping
For customers who require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping via air freight for an additional charge. Expedited orders are processed the same way as standard orders, but shipping time is significantly reduced depending on the destination. Please contact our sales team for pricing and estimated delivery times.
D. Delivery & Logistics
Once your order arrives at the destination port or airport, the logistics provider will contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure your phone number and email address are accurate and monitor both channels for notifications regarding the delivery schedule.
E. Change of Address

F. Cancellations

G. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel has already been delivered in your absence, please reach out to our customer service team for further instructions.

By placing an order through Alavus Light, you agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding our return, exchange, and refund procedures. They apply to all customers residing in the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
Alavus Light offers a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
Returns not meeting these requirements may be refused or incur additional fees. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items and determine eligibility at our discretion.
B. Return Process

The inspection process may take 1–7 business days from the receipt of the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified. Once the item has been inspected and approved, we will issue a replacement, exchange, or refund according to your preference.
C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions on returning the item. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve the matter efficiently.
D. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only in the following circumstances:

F. Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. Alavus Light cannot guarantee receipt of returned items not shipped via a traceable method.
G. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected by your bank or credit card provider.
H. Fraudulent Returns and Abuse of Policy
Alavus Light maintains strict measures to prevent and address fraudulent or abusive returns. Fraudulent returns include, but are not limited to, returning used or altered products, providing false information, attempting multiple unauthorized returns, or any actions intended to circumvent our policies.
In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, Alavus Light reserves the right to:
