The Macaron table lamp pays homage to the beauty and complex structure of crystalline stone. The stone is enclosed within two symmetrical, hand-blown glass domes, resembling a moonscape floating in its own universe. The light source shines upward from the onyx base, enhancing the intricate chalcedony veins in the central onyx plate and creating a delicate and mesmerizing lighting effect. The design concept is based on the principle of illuminating stone, and the name comes from its resemblance in shape to the famous French meringue confection. Natural imperfections in the glass and the diversity of stone structures make each lamp a unique original. The purity of natural materials, combined with exquisite craftsmanship, has resulted in a lamp with extraordinary ambiance. Produced using traditional techniques, this lamp embodies a distinctive and enduring aesthetic. It comes in three sizes—the largest of which also serves as an attractive floor lamp—and offers several glass color options with either white or honey onyx. Additionally, the collection includes an alternate version featuring a central plate made of special glass combined with a wooden base.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut off time will be 10:00 PM China Standard Time (Shanghai).
Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use the Standard Shipping to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Info@alavuslight.com or Call Us at +86 15016174016.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@alavuslight.com or call us at +86 15016174016. If your return is accepted, We’ll provide you a return label to send the product back to our offices. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense, After that, you’ll receive a new product. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
