The VL Ring Crown series originates from a lamp designed by an architect in the 1940s for a broadcasting corporation located in Copenhagen. This series includes wall lamps and pendant lamps, featuring a distinctive organic design that made the broadcasting corporation stand out. The architect also designed other lamps for the building. Although the original version of the VL Ring Crown lamp was not used in the building, the brand soon produced and launched the Ring Crown lamp based on the original drawings. In 1947, an assistant to the architect used the VL Ring Crown lamp in an interior design project for a Danish porcelain manufacturer in Copenhagen. In 2019, the VL Ring Crown lamp was reintroduced, staying true to the original materials and design. This lamp is made of untreated polished brass and is available in models with three, five, or seven shades, crafted from glossy, hand-blown, triple-layered white opal glass. Alongside this lamp, the original wall and pendant lamps that were installed in the broadcasting corporation were also reintroduced. The VL Ring Crown series adds a unique and authentic touch to stylish interiors, softly illuminating modern life with its warm light.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut off time will be 10:00 PM China Standard Time (Shanghai).
Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. DELIVERY TERMS

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Info@alavuslight.com or Call Us at +86 15016174016.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@alavuslight.com or call us at +86 15016174016. If your return is accepted, We’ll provide you a return label to send the product back to our offices. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense, After that, you’ll receive a new product. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
